48hrs without gas @cadentgashelp for a household with a pregnant wife & young child. Little communication about when engineer arriving. Told it would be yesterday, nobody turned up. I can’t keep waiting in. Awaiting call back from this morning. Please sort it asap.

I appreciate pipe upgrade is a difficult task but neighbours supply’s have been restored. I took a day off work for these works as advised needed to be in all day - they weren’t done that day. Getting frustrated.
