Just implemented https://t.co/snz6jH7Q2n to be sure there nothing big messing up the user-onboarding flow.
But i already feel like this was a mistake. You don't even get a simple slack notification without the paid plan...😤
Getting signups, but no activity at all. Maybe there's a big bug, or users are just "looking"? How to get more insights of how users are actually using my product?
Any ideas?
I’m curious: When do you decide to stop developing a Service and go on? What is the KPI and timeframe that you give your project a chance so you view it as “Success”?
Since we had some feedback about what infrastructure we use, where do we host, etc. i added this section to our landing-page.
Would you say this addresses the concerns?
I think the real "build in public" was made by companies to have a community/fanbase/tribe that actually are fans of their product and felt like a part of it.
Build in public in the "indiehacker-space" is more about getting visibility, marketing, engagment farming.
The problem is: Its easier to make a post that pushes the engagement numbers higher than actually giving insights.
