@MontyHalls just read Churchills Killing house (signed book pressie from the wife)
I know more than the average bod re: WW2 & Commando’s but you have massively educated me & linked everything I know to a fill the gaps- I will be reviewing this officially to - but wow thank you!
@DrHuw I have no opinion based on cold hard facts, i work frontline and will always do so. I do however take issue with the ease at which you feel that belittling and attacking another HCP role on a social media platform is a proactive and professional route to your goal.
@DrOKaneAgain If a response is what you wished for, you’ve achieved your aim. Rather than belittle a crucial service of autonomous clinicians,you focussed your vitriolic passion & views on conducting your own research, some good may have materialised. We can all criticise anyone without cause
@JohnNicholRAF Here we go again, goodbye wages and all because John Nichol writes a book and I buy it because they are blooming well written and enjoyable - can’t wait.
@NatashaMDay Hi - I too would love to share this with our students if you would permit. I supported one of our clinicians last year at CC and the Coroner couldn’t have been more professional and approachable to my member of staff.
@DeniseC48200342@NatashaMDay To be fair, you don’t need to dig far to see this Den. Some of the social media venom comes from other health care providers.
@NatashaMDay We we work in the the most bitter sweet line of work imaginable, personally (and everyone’s experiences are varied - it’s a lottery) I maintain the sweet for me outweighs the bitter. You do a cracking’ job of life, don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. 2026 - you got this!!
@MEGZI83 hey Meg.
I’m happy to do the CPR Training for the Vets - my wife is a vet there, so if it helps I am game. I have manikins so just need a training defib.
@NJL_Blancq@MedRegoncall1 To be fair Nat, the question was aimed at Medreg, to give me an idea of the frustration reasons they’re feeling & will let me have a viewpoint on the reasoning behind this. In my happy PHEC bubble, I have little idea on plenty of my colleagues varied roles outside of a trust
@MedRegoncall1@NJL_Blancq Honest question if I may.
Primary care isn’t my thing, I love my current role too much, so I can’t comment on the scope of practice and roles a para is currently expected to do. Could you educate me as to a para role within the primary care setting please?
