Voluntary voting has more opportunity but equally you can define signalling for fraudulent activities

@Rodw33381986 @adamseconomics Duplicated votes, vote harvesting vote theft … actually in theory it’s easier to game a compulsory system as “every vote” must be cast so there is ample opportunity to harvest votes from the disengaged
