@VirginAtlantic it takes 2 hours to get through to you. You cancelled our flight on 18-Oct but not the return. Whilst waiting x2 you cut us off.
You offer a voucher which doesn’t protect from your price increases. we’ve asked for the same flights next year so we can celebrate our anniversary.

My flight cancelled by @VirginAtlantic and yet my return is still active. I’d like the flights same time next year for our anniversary. I got a great deal (as I supported VA during the pandemic) by booking flights ahead. 2letters, 2 emails and no progress. Really upset.

If you're over 75 and you are admitted via A&E your length of stay is likely to be 4 days longer if you arrive at 9pm rather than 9am 😳
