Just a thought about @UPS customer service. It might just be the worst in the biz. Tried getting help with packages bought fraudulently through my eBay account. 1) Agents are VERY difficult to understand. 2) They're absolutely no help. They always try to pass the buck to others.

@paramountplus your chat bot is terrible. Issue with Yellowjackets (season 2, ep. 5). Audio is out of sync by about 10 secs. Tried on Apple TV, Fire Tv, and iPhone. Same issue on all 3. An episode of FBI played in sync.

@jeremyabcnews If I'm reading correctly, United can't get ahold of its "dispatchers" and vice verse. Dispatchers handle much of the pre-flight lift, including filing flight plans and assigning crews to aircrafts. Ground stop in effect until 3p ET now.

"I think this issue needs to be addressed in 2024," he told me.

He also added that he won't be flip-flopping his vote on reinstating August special elections after he just voted to get rid of them.
