First month as a level 4 in the bag!!

Tough start, but now the nerves have settled the confidence is growing, and kind of starting to settle in....long way to go and a lot to learn, but got some supportive people around me and feeling positive!!

Roll on September!!

What an experience! Loved every second of our new level 4 development day, was a really professional environment and got to learn so much from some really experienced referees!
Can't wait to get going now!!
Big month of prep ahead mind, plenty to work on 📝🏃‍➡️💪

Had the pleasure of reffing a @devondfl fixture between @Northmoltonfc & @BudleighAFC yesterday, both teams were a credit to thier club and the league, cracking afternoon of football with only a handful of fouls and not a shred of dissent!

@DillonGascoigne Fair enough not enough evidence on ball out and offside, but i will argue forever that it was a foul on Gabriel, Howard could come to my house and tell me there was insufficient evidence to over rule the on field decision and i would laugh in his face, 2 hands, blaitant push!!
