Coal, as previously stated, is on a clear downward trend, Very few countries are building coal plants, and even the ones that are, are building wind/solar/batteries at a much faster rate.

Either way, very few countries are building coal plants anymore as they're just not viable.
It's mainly an economic decision.

Coal is hanging on, only when the plants are already built, and close to source.

Here's the last 12 months, nationally. Coal 47.6%.
It's now a minority provider of our electricity.

@ConnedAgain @dailytelegraph Most likely scenario: Existing coal plants shut down one by one, as we gain the capacity to replace them (with solar, wind, batteries, gas).
The last will likely close in the late 2030s/early 2040s.

(Not sure what plant could be running in 50y time anyway? Our youngest is 17yo!)

It would be equally strange to not see any male coaches/officials/commentators at a Women's WC...

I do know that the AFC (Asian Football) has used it in their club and international tournaments for many years... And it's crap there as well!
