@lufthansa #wecare is a joke. If you cared, you would refund cancelled flights quicker that 4 months. Unbelievably terrible customer service.

@lufthansa it has now been 3 months since you agreed to refund the cost of my flight. Despite my attempts to resolve this amicably, you refuse to do so. You avoid any contact I try and make. Terrible customer service and I am forced to take legal action.
