@OpenreachHelp due to be connected today but @SkyUK have just said they can’t contact you, and are unable to give any dates! Could you confirm if new connections are still being done? my partner is a key worker and requires an internet connection to perform her job?

@SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp don’t even need to enter the property they just need to active us at the exchange. Don’t see why this couldn’t have been done on Tuesday.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes they did but without any idea of timescales as all @OpenreachHelp call centres are closed this isn’t much use. So much for prioritising the vulnerable and key workers.
