@therealkatburns @alextee @SwytchBike I believe there was a ticket you could open regarding returns. I got to the point where I had to hound them on email, phone, WhatsApp and Twitter and was pretty stressful. Was a relief when I eventually got rid of it.

@alextee @SwytchBike Mine was faulty on arrival, battery lasted 5 mins with a burning smell. After 2 months of constant hassle trying to get my replacement i then gave up and got a refund. They have now refunded it but were so awful to deal with.
