Year 2 have been reading the diary of a doctor this week as part of our Amazing People who Help us topic. We had a very exciting visit from Dr Cameron and Dr Eva today to learn more - I think they have recruited some future doctors!
Some of our talented Y5 and Y6 violinists spent the day at Ampleforth School and threw themselves into a full day of workshops and concerts! They were fantastic! A huge well done to everyone who took part. ๐ป

Year 3 have really enjoyed their Guided Reading book, โThe Secrets of Stonehengeโ this half term. We completed it today focusing on using inference skills to imagine what it might have been like to be part of the team who built it. #RWPAYear3#RWPAReading
Y6 musicians had a brilliant trip to Huntington school this afternoon. We listened to Little Band and then joined in playing Jailhouse Rock. Thank you for having us!
#RWPAY3 really enjoyed our outdoor learning challenge today! We thought about how Stone Age people would have created shelters and showed great teamwork building them.
Year 3 explored what cave art can tell us about the Stone Age this afternoon. We finished by trying some out ourselves! We chose our colours and images carefully so they look realistic! #RWPAY3
3AB had a fantastic outdoor learning session this morning imagining what it would have been like to live in the Stone Age and designing and building amazing shelters! #RWPAyear3
We had a brilliant afternoon in Year 3 on Thursday, listening to many of our pupils deliver speeches trying to win election into the School Parliament. The speeches were so well thought through and delivered clearly and confidently. Well done to all who put themselves forward!
