@robwrighttips@BHAStewards Listening to the head steward on ITV - apparently the new rules don’t cover jumping and because he wasn’t declared a NR before he can’t be declared after. It’s just an embarrassment for the sport. Alienating new fans. Never crossed the start. Ridiculous.
