@SciGuySpace @AschbacherJosef As much as I would like to pile on, the current ESA is in a pinch because of bad decisions of previous leaders. They are stuck with A6 for 10-15 yrs, instead of turning the Titanic, they are running it straight into the iceberg and will try again once it sinks.
