🚨🚨🚨 Barca-Negreira Case: Contradictions in Laporta's testimony in court.

Laporta in his testimony before the judge told:
"We reached a global agreement with the Tax Agency in order to avoid the impact that there was on the issue of taxation for agents, which was a significant amount."

But excerpt from Barca's 2021/22 accounts proves that Barca signed an agreement with tax agency regarding the payments to Negreira, admitting that the payments were mere "gratuity," an unjustified expense, just as reflected in the Tax Agency's minutes due to being unable to provide even a single report, document, or video.
And on the same day, barca signed the disagreement for other matters for which it did decide to fight and appeal in the courts.

So Laporta mentioning it as a “global pact” does not match what the documents show.

So basically barca paid a million to just as a damage control strategy to close the Negreira issue at the administrative level rather than a broad settlement covering everything.

In short, Laporta lied. Nothing new there, isn't it!?. But..

But this time, the statement was made in court and as a witness. That could amount to false testimony under Spanish law and hence potential criminal penalties.

Also, this news further supports the argument that the Negreira payments were not originally presented as payments for reports, and that the reports explanation only emerged later after the criminal case started.

Reality: he was benched for failing to issue a direct red card to Cubarsi, VAR has to intervene.

Barca fans claim: UEFA asked Atletico to cut the grass after Flick complained.
Reality: UEFA confirmed the grass is within the regulated height and said no action was needed.

Bonus:
UEFA’s response to Barca’s complaint letter was that it is inadmissible.

Barca seemed to believe they could pressure UEFA the same way they pressure the Spanish Negreira federation.

“If telling the truth is vomiting, we will continue vomiting.

Laporta has been caught in three contradictions or lies in court, which is false testimony, which is a crime.

The first contradiction is saying that he does not know Negreira, when the images are there.

The second is saying that the sports department was the recipient of those Negreira "reports", while Luis Enrique and Ernesto Valverde are saying they never saw them.

And the third: he appears with the boxes where the reports are supposedly kept, and then he says that the reports were destroyed every five years. So who is vomiting lies?”
