@SecretaryPete @united I swept my 6 year old daughter and 76 year old father onto the other flight, having roped my husband into a 3 hour round trip drive to get us. Instead of it being easy to get the vouchers, they’ve ‘thanked me for my feedback’ and later offered me $50. pt 4

@SecretaryPete @united THEN THE PLANE TAKES OFF just a few minutes later than originally scheduled. THEY DUPED US. On their app I had bid on a $500 per ticket voucher to give up our seats. Somehow their computer went down and they ‘lost’ the voucher list. pt 2
