@EmiratesSupport When can we expect meaningful responses to our DM? I have received no acknowledgment that my claim has been received either from airport lost baggage form or DM as you request here. Saying that you are helping customers and ACTUALLY helping are not the same thing!

@EmiratesSupport @DeanCatney As you will know @EmiratesSupport it is not possible to track an existing claim without a PIR number, which is supposed to be issued once the claim form has been received. I have submitted a form at the airport and via DM as you requested and have still not received a PIR.

@emirates Something needs to be done immediately to manage the queues at Connections Desks, like adequate staffing and barriers as you use for security checks, to make this process fair and reasonable

@emirates while I appreciate the significant issues with flight cancellations and rescheduling, your human response is abysmal! Minimal staff on the ground and passengers standing in dangerous cues for hours (5+ for some in my queue).
