@WOOLWORTHS_SA At woolies food this morning, I swiped my ww card (which is linked to vitality) and then swiped my MySchool card as usual. I was told that the system has changed and you can only swipe 1 loyalty card per transaction. Is that correct?

@Vitality_SA @Discovery_SA After many failed phone calls over 5+ months, neither mine nor my husband's vitality drive goals work yet since we joined Discovery Insure. This is what it looks like. Manager escalations have proved fruitless. How can it be this hard?

@Discovery_SA It is now December. This is still unresolved. When we call in we get told the call is still open and 'someone is still working on it'. Really sad that there is such poor support for an otherwise great product
