This is quite delayed (have been having an amazing time fixing bones on my trauma elective), but I had so much fun in Boston at the SAOAO Fall Conference. Super honored and excited to work with this team this next year!!!
@aghawk99 I have been going through it too! What has helped me the most has been establishing a routine. Getting up the same time as well as eating the same breakfast and the same snacks and lunch i’ll eat on the exam day. Also a superwoman stance never hurts :)

Can you believe it, this group is halfway home to becoming osteopathic physicians! TCOM's Class of 2026 finished their final exam as an OMS-II today. They will hit the books hard now preparing to ace the boards but from now on call them OMS-III. Congratulations! #TCOM
Last night I received the RSO Extraordinary Leader Award. I am so humbled and honored to represent TCOM and our @ACOS_MSS chapter. Thank you to all of my co-leaders who stuck by me along the way.
Well, the rainstorm in Dallas brought in a new friend. Good thing fostering is something that I have done before. Welcome to the indoors life, Cheddar 🫶🏼
First day at the @StudentAOAO in Vegas was a success! I got to present our case that has consumed my curiosity for quite some time. Ready for the rest of the weekend!!
Just a few of my favorite @ACOS_MSS girls!! I love these meetings more and more as I grow relationships with incredible future surgeons. Y’all inspire me!!
