Hi @WestJet I managed to get though to your call centre after an hour+ on hold and got great service from Monica. But the damaged bag replacement website has no options listed to select! Please help! YYZWS35623

Hi there @WestJet Why am I being told flight 2311 will not have any food or drink available today? It’s a 6hr 10min flight! Very disappointed, especially since I paid for premium seats.

@WestJet Thanks @WestJet but she is trying to book 7 people. Will this form work? She waited hours yesterday trying to get through to the number provided on the booking website. As a gold member can I help her with my access to the gold phone line?
