it's an AI meeting assistant; records your meeting, transcribes it in real time and takes notes for you.

it started as a "fuck you" project at first; I applied to competition a few months back, got rejected without an interview. Wanted to myself I can do it

then I got excited about the whole concept. I experimented with local transcription and diarization models, knowledge base for summaries

initially limited to just a Google Meet bot, I even built SEO pages for that keyword only.

then, one weekend I added Zoom + Teams and it suddenly felt like a real product

last weekend I finished working on the macOS app; botless recording, with more features.

Another huge milestone - I perfected the Google Meet bot!

- each bot instance is isolated in its own container
- bypassed Chrome audio privacy protection
- graceful shut down on participants disconnect, kick etc
- ad in cam
- fixed full screen

Speaker detection, issue.

I noticed an issue, where if a sentence was too short, it would assign it to the default speaker. That being always SPEAKER_0.

While researching the "Tea" app, I can confirm it did infact get a data breach.

A bunch of selfies and driver licenses have gotten leaked that we're stored on a publicly available bucket. Wild stuff, video in a couple hours.
