@slmandel Can they not just sit on the ledge? At halftime everyone just sits on the ground they stand on?

Many student sections just have benches, to which they stand on most of the game anyways.

Side note - the downside to GREAT sports environments is the 100x TV commercials.

I just don't care.

If the SEC leaves CFB, everyone outside the SEC ALSO won't care.

@BrianMcGannon We hated multi-purpose baseball & football stadiums (rightfully so), yet we're now back to multi-use football stadiums for football & concerts (but really for more suites).

@KingJoel_3 Unlike LA and many other modern designs, there are A LOT of seats in the bowl at field level.

A+ for packing fans with seats right on the field rather than suites.

The network effect is that both the SEC and the rest of the sport are *better* when connected, not in isolation.

Will no one watch the SEC? No. But it'll be worse off.

If the B1G split off by themselves and played Big Ten games only, I wouldn't care. I have no ties.

I have no fascination with the SEC title game, unless it impacts the playoff. Literally have never watched it otherwise.
