Isaac Fayose's Game Has Entered Big Time This Week!
In the wild theatre of Nigerian politics this week, no one’s script has flipped more dramatically than that of Isaac Fayose, the self-styled black sheep of the Fayose family, the eternal never do well from Ekiti.
Just months ago in February, the streets were buzzing with reports of his broke status. Isaac was bitter, openly fuming that Seyi Tinubu was moving with Cubana Chief Priest and the billionaire squad instead of elevating his own Yoruba boys.
He launched a vicious campaign, painting Igbos as desperate money chasers ready to do anything for cash. Many called it classic tribal baiting.
But oh, how the tables have turned!
This month, Isaac finally secured the coveted meeting with Seyi Tinubu. Insiders swear such access doesn’t come cheap, with figures between 20 and 50 million naira whispered.
The moment that meeting happened, the transformation was instant and theatrical. Isaac began dropping videos reminding everyone he is a proud Yoruba man, fully in support of Tinubu, promising good relationships while staying Obidient. The same man who once roasted the system is now singing a different tune.
Obidients didn’t waste time dragging him, comparing him to his brother, the undisputed king of doublespeak. Then came the latest twist: Isaac accused @PeterObi of never visiting him. The irony? Obi had actually shown up at his house.
Many now wonder who is advising the former Anambra governor. Visiting potential fair weather friends might be costing him reputation points.
Love him or hate him, Isaac Fayose is eating this week. From broke critic to clout chasing wannabe who hosted a man who many believe won the 2023 presidential election, his stock has skyrocketed.
For now, we must congratulate the guy. His game has properly entered. The videos are dropping, the drama is peaking, and Nigeria is tuned in.
Whether this new alliance lasts or crashes spectacularly, one thing is clear: Isaac Fayose is currently in a better position this week, than he was in February 2026
