Purchased an HP Micro SD card based on the product details shown on Amazon. The listing clearly mentions a 10-year HP warranty and states that the box contains "1 Micro SD Card & 1 Adapter." However, the product I received does not match these details.

@AmazonHelp@amazon The chat support response was very slow, so I had to contact customer care by phone. During the call, I received two different answers regarding the warranty. One agent stated that HP provides 2 years warranty and any remaining warranty would be covered by Amazon or the seller.
The package I received clearly mentions only a 2-year warranty, not 10 years as advertised. Additionally, the adapter listed in the box contents was missing. Please clarify the correct warranty period and why the advertised adapter was not included. @amazonIN@AmazonHelp@amazon

@AmazonHelp Again facing yet another very disappointing situation with Amazon delivery service. Repeated false “Delivery attempted today at 11:39 PM” updates are being marked late at night after blank or missed calls where nobody even responds. This has happened multiple times now.

Extremely disappointed with the support experience. No proper help over calls, no resolution on chat, and the agent even left the conversation in between without resolving the issue. This level of customer support is unacceptable.

Even after 2+ hours, the complaint is still unresolved. It has now been over 5 hours without electricity supply. Please restore power urgently.
