Never buy an insurance from @policybazaar because the company which gives the insurance doesn't bother to give claims because claims are raised through policybazaar.Insurer keeps on mailing and calling but insurer never talks directly and never gives proper approval.#donttrust

This is the last time I bought insurance from @policybazaar and national insurance.Its been 10 days without resolution.I am going to cancel the fucking claim and get my car back from service center as I can't wait longer.Last mistake of trusting third party for insurance.

@policybazaar It has been 7 days the revised approval is pending.Everytime I call a new person is on the customer care and gives an assurance but nothing happens. @policybazaar if you can't do anything why the hell you raise claims through your platform.Biggest mistake of buying insurance

@policybazaar I raised a claim for my car. DL3CCT9323 5 days ago and the estimate was given of 40k but the surveyor approved only 7k for my zero depreciation policy of national insurance without even understanding the damage and conveying the reason of partial approval.

@policybazaar The number shared for the surveyor is also wrong and no one is resolving the issue even after multiple complaints.If it doesn't gets resolved today I will have to compain to the consumer forum.

I raised multiple complaints but approval is still pending and my car is standing at the garage.I require the vehicle but work is pending due to the lapse of approval.This is the reason one should never buy an insurance from third party.
