Am I finding ACKO to be irresponsible and why Indian corporates have no "commitment" after sales?
I have tried purchasing CAR insurance (leased corporate car) and still waiting as executives lured committing we can get it done in 1 day.

I strongly feel the service level is pathetic but "initial response" at customer service is good. It means, Imagine talking to a chinese robot

4. Senior manager will call me at 6:30 (time is 7:20 while I hope the senior manager is finding the number buttons to type).
Pathetic after sales experience. Imagine having personal emergency and @ACKOIndia acting wierd like above? Insurance is not a ground to play with.

Number of False Claims:
1. @ACKOIndia will ensure we will get your insurance in a day.
2. Inspection isn't done (while I had to show the proof that inspection is done).
3. Escalation done (yesterday 7:30pm, 8:30pm, 10:30pm, today 7:30 am, 5:30 pm)
