@ToxicWeave My main problem with the paralogues and part 2 is stuff like this. I think part 3 is a lot better in that respect because the other characters sometimes have cross-dialogue when the proper character is present, but it's still a bit disappointing :/

I think I might take a second stab at the last map and just not bring Dante or any mounted units bc, as fun as it was to see Dante electrocute balor, I would like to beat it in a way that doesn't leave 22 units standing around doing nothing at their spawn points

HOWEVER the last 2 maps were extremely underwhelming. I know WHY they're beatable with 3 units, but that doesn't mean I think it was the right decision. Like, I cleared the final map in 5 turns bc Dante crit each time she stepped up to the plate

@Magnus_9_IOI @ceorys I think the main issue is that Dietrich's team is so good that every recruit feels lackluster in comparison. Nydine and Io also need both investment and a bit of luck (not the stat lol) to turn out well, unfortunately :/

@Woblenopsky @ceorys He's the tutorial recruit for Deitrich, so I just kind of used on maps starting w/ his introduction. I didn't do any reclassing or anything special. I just made sure to healbot w/ him so he would get a lot of faith exp.

@kythlyn @ceorys Levin sword is sooooo broken in fw. I think Nydine tends to be middling unless you reclass her or give her a very good mount from luring in Cai's route (at least from what I've seen). Very unfortunate bc I love her design :/

@ceorys She probably would've been better if i had upgraded her to shido and given her the levin sword, but deitrich dominated with it and I never got one from a crate. I also already had two shidos so it felt like overkill lol. That class plus the levin sword is BUSTED

@ceorys I think her performance ultimately boils down to reclassing and luck. Mine kept rolling magic on level ups, so I reclassed her into myrmidon, trained axe in the arena, then classed her into blacksmith & she was able to use you sou fu and death gamma very effectively.
