another interesting factoid is that most regular promo designs were pre-packaged in the assets, but some mobile-exclusive promos like lunar new year aren't, so these players aren't in the game yet -> getting seasons/rewards/transfer market/ui creation right is a priority rn

reason we need this in the first place: fm16 just trusts the server: for example, giving a special card of a player in a pack, the server can give it any ovr or stats as long as it matches some player in the assets, specials themselves are not in the game files

once i get 16 local working reliably it is worth taking a look

@mizmp3 @BackMossPlayz the problem is also event structure -> if we do get a storage dump from (for example) may 2017, that would mean it only contains the game during tots, previous promo cards exist in the game files but there will be no record of the corresponding live events

@mizmp3 @BackMossPlayz as someone who is currently working on a 16 mobile revival and tried & gave up for 17, a big issue is that all game assets were downloaded from servers from 17 on, and genuine assets aren't online, only way would be if someone had a phone with fifa still on one of those versions
