I ordered TWT Whey Protein from Zepto. When the product was delivered, it was in typical zepto style, uprooted from beneath the soil surface and was all muddy. It was an open box delivery and the only mistake I made was not asking the delivery rider to wait till I checked

I have written explicitly that I do not trust their word anymore and each customer service agent has just one upped his/her predecessor

First of all an expired product is delivered and later I have spent an almost entire day following up waiting for the delivery rider

I have filed my ITR on 20/06/2024 for AY 24-25. But so far I have neither received any intimation nor any refund. I have also raised a grievance for the same. Yet to receive an update on that. Pls look into resolvng this.

@IncomeTaxIndia @nsitharamanoffc @nsitharaman Again there has been no update or refund for the past 1 month. It has now been more than 1 year since I filed the return and I am still waiting for the refund. @nsitharaman @nsitharaman . Taxpayers shouln't have to go through this ordeal.

I received a response from the team acknowledging that the revised return has been filed but they have still not provided any timeline by when the refund will be processed. Please help with this on priority. It has already been more than 11 months.

I am yet to receive my Income Tax Return for the past year. I had filed a revised return after my initial return was deemed defective. However, there has been no resolution thus far.

Along with that he asks me to pay in cash. Also the vehicle registration number shown on the app and the car that comes for the pick up have different numbers. This arm-twisting to get additional and not disclosing the issue beforehand is really in bad taste.

Taking a cab from Mangalore to Udupi. The price on Ola showed 1334 rupees. The driver gives me no heads up when I ask his to come to the location. However, just as I enter the cab and he starts the ride he says that the price in the app is incorrect.

He asks me to pay the predefined price for the trip ie 2000 rupees and cancel the trip on his OLA.
And he tells me all the this at the last moment so I have no option but to travel with him since I have an urgent meeting to attend.

Hi @Olacabs @ola_supports ,

I have received at least 12 calls since the morning for payment related dues of Ola Cabs even after i have already paid.
Every 10 mins I am receiving a call. It is for payment of Rs 133 dues that somehow I had forgotten to pay.
