@firstcryindia 3. They have a dynamic pricing model. Price of the products get changed every hour based as told by their customer representative. I thought it’s a e-commerce business but it should be categorised as Aviation industry.

@firstcryindia I asked them to the escalate the matter to seniors and their on call representative said they will also tell you the same ‘We can’t do anything about it’. This is the worst customer experience one can have.

@FirstcryIND @firstcryindia @firstcryindia This morning I called the store manager (Mr. Sarfaraz Alam) to ask for return. But he completely denied my request and asked to reach out the higher management through mail. He was just tossing the ball. He didn’t even bother to resolve further.
