Isaac Burd completes a Shamrock sweep in the 1,600 at the Cedar Cliff Relays. He goes wire to wire and fends off a challenge from Bermudian Springs' Cole Stuart to win by exactly one second at 4:44.52.

No one can catch @thsshamrocks' Lila Shore in the open 1,600 at the Cedar Cliff Relays, as the sophomore opens up a big lead early and cruises to a win in 5:22.36.
