@JosephCoker @Airbnb @AirbnbHelp The same thing happened to us. Airbnb has stopped helping us. I have been a super host for 11 years and they no longer support us. When you make that request, no one even looks at it. They just press decline,then give you an opportunity to make your case again then decline again.

@Airbnb Airbnb once again has let us down. Their new policy allows them to detach themselves from helping us remove unjust reviews. As an 11 year super host I have never been more disappointed. They no longer support us super hosts. Do not list your place with Airbnb.

@AirbnbHelp Airbnb provides the worst customer support to hosts. FYI to all guests. You can decline to pay an Airbnb won’t enforce it so basically you could steal from any host.

@AirbnbHelp guest admit to bringing eight extra people, but declined to pay for them. Airbnb won’t support me as a seven year super host with multiple properties. I am disgusted.
