@UnSmoke_CA I quit smoking 11 yrs + 6months and counting ,
It's been a struggle sometimes,
But quitting thru "cold turkey" ,
Difficulty at some moment during first quarter,
And smoothly afterward .

Quitting cold turkey keep my motivation strong.
