@GulfAir It is very pathetic that after so many days still I have not received my refund for the baggage damage done by you. Is your policy just to fool the customer? Why there is no quick resolution team to resolve those issues? You have to take care of the mistakes done by you.

this kind of worst ever service and stop harassing people. One of the most premium train is 12261(Duronto Express) and this is a pure example of lack of service and wasting our taxed money by introducing premium trains.
