@Delta my flight was cancelled after sitting on the plane for 2 hrs. Then sitting in the airport until 3am with limited updates. This is unacceptable and instead of arriving at 8:30am I am now landing at 4:50pm and had to miss/cancel all my meetings.

@Delta flight DL1420 delayed for almost an hour due to plane malfunctions. Finally up I’m the air and announced no cabin service due to wind?? It was sunny and smooth the entire 1:40 flight to Florida..after being delayed this was the least you could’ve done

@Delta @DeltaAssist I fly Delta regularly and have never been turned down for a cup of coffee 45 minutes before actually landing. The male flight attendant said he already cleaned up so he was discontinuing service. No turbulence, clear skies! Why is this ok?

@DeltaAssist Deltaairlines how does a flight attendant that flies free get upgraded over Gold members DL0210 that pay for flights? This is a 4 hour flight and unacceptable. I was next on the list and a flight attendant took Comfort+ upgrade.
