@HutHills @Kilsunny_Herd We can't see animals emotions in the way we do peoples but we should remember that they do have them. If we consider dogs for eg. we could judge from their experiences, surroundings and social situation how they might be feeling about it. Cows are no different in that respect.

@HutHills @Kilsunny_Herd Sure. He's a very young baby calf alone, without a maternal figure. This is not natural for calves as they form very strong bonds with their mothers and wider herd. Plus he's on his way to a calf pen. Standard calf pens looks something like this

They can't handle a discussion because they know they can't justify it. They are on the way out and they know it. It might be slower than I'd like but it's happening.

@Malia__Madison @weeneysh @SeaWorld There are retirement sanctuaries. They would at least be in seawater with space to swim and some autonomy. SeaWorld is no life for anyone. At least her death has spared her from having to spend the rest of her life existing in a swimming pool.

Although, this may have been a better end than they would have seen had they arrived at their destination.
