Brazil achieved what the Roman Empire never achieved. People of different ethnicities living together peacefully as one people with different local cultures. The country is divided into 5 regions and each region has a totally different culture. Every Brazilian has the blood of tribal Indians from the Amazon, African and European. In Brazil, skin color is only the result of chance, because to this day whites have children with blacks and miscegenation continues.

The language is derived from Latin, it is Portuguese. Before school reforms at the end of the twentieth century, Brazilians frequently studied Latin. Any well-literate Brazilian can naturally understand a text in Latin, at least partially.
I don't even need to go into details of the royal family and lineage because the popular structure of Brazil itself is sufficient.
