@davidstaley8 A dirty little secret is that there is a diseconomy of scale in large educational institutions - both K-12 and universities. We didn't examine the minimum economic size of such institutions, but we concluded that large institutions like OSU cost more per student to educate.

The "simplification" of the Reagan reform was to reduce the number of brackets - and bury 100s of special provision benefits for small numbers of individual, corporate, and high-income taxpayers within it.

@Minuteman04 I think it's not the voting machines, but the sign-in machines. Back to the old paper sign-in books, but, after some early confusion, they're back to the electronic voting machines - at least in New Albany.

I've done my bit to help return democracy to America. Took 45 minutes, but when I was done, the line at my #NewAlbanyOH poll was down to less than 10 minutes.
