I suspect that Operation Warp Speed rushed everything before the DS was actually ready. Hence, a portion of the distributed vaccine lots were only saline because the pharmacracy could not produce enough toxic vaccine. Of course, the EDA for vaccine use (without sufficient safety testing) was illegal since effective Covid-19 therapies did exist. Add in that both "pandemic" and "vaccine" had to be redefined (without sufficient justification) to allow any of this to happen.

The documents contain an **August 2021 whistleblower complaint** — filed internally, buried for FIVE YEARS — stating that Fauci provided **"false testimony to Congress related to the conduct of gain-of-function research."** That is not an accusation. That is a federal crime. **18 U.S.C. § 1621. Perjury.** Five years in prison.

The ODNI describes what Fauci built as a **"self-serving circular reporting loop."** He funded the scientists. Those scientists wrote the intelligence assessments. Those assessments were used to tell YOU it was a wet market. A bat. A coincidence. And anyone who questioned it was a conspiracy theorist.
