We have just finished development on a Bayesian reasoning engine for our platform.

Good clinical reasoning is about probabilities: how likely is this diagnosis, and how much should a test change your mind? Trainees rarely find out if their instincts are calibrated.

So before ordering tests, the learner commits to a probability for each diagnosis. As results come back, we update those odds the correct way, using each test's real sensitivity and specificity from the literature. At the end, they see their instinct next to the math.

It turns clinical reasoning into something you can actually measure.

introducing PDF to case generation for instant content creation,

adding author attribution to recognise the clinicians behind each case,

and rolling out dynamic skill levels that scale with the user's expertise.
