@RazerSupport hello. After reaching out to you guys I returned my #Raijuultimate per your advise to the place I bought it from. They advised me they would be sending it to you (the manufacture) for further inspection. This was on 7/3. I haven’t heard any other news. Please help

@RazerSupport I received my Raiju Ultimate yesterday. I verified I was at the 1.05 firmware. I wanted to know if there is a way to correct the side to side movement? It isn’t and the slightest movement ends up being too much. Please help

@elisebby01 I have the Astro C40 and I can honestly say it’s the best controller I used. I have Scuf Vantage (trash) a Scuf Impact (good) and a Battle Beaver custom controller (ok/dependable). The set up software for the C40 is a game changer. I feel like I got my money’s worth
