1/3 @plumberwaterloo terrible service from you. Couldnt do the work but still charged an hourly rate as plumber said would need to move bath. I gave as much info as I could when I booked, they didn't ask me about access to taps (though I did say they would be tricky to get to).

2/3 I'd have been happy if they'd rebooked a longer time to do the job but think it is unreasonable to charge when absolutely no work was carried out. TCS say 'minimum for one hour applies to all hourly work carried out' in this instance NO work was carried out. @plumberwaterloo
