No response from @Yodelonline_Cs unable to speak to a human being to resolve this matter. And SHEIN won’t refund as yodel is saying parcel delivered. Which in fact was left on my front door step NOT A SAFE PLACE!

Why is it @YodelOnline think it is ok to leave parcels on a front door step in plain view for anyone to take! Then it is impossible to speak to anyone to have this matter resolved, as on their system the parcel has been delivered!

@virginmedia a tech damaged my car with ladders! No contact from his manager as promised, can only speak to someone if a customer over phone
