Sinéad was an extraordinary talent. She could move us with a candour and a passion with which so many people connected. The path she chose was always difficult and uncompromising but at every turn she would show her spirit and her courage. I feel lucky to have had the chance to work with her. - PG

On July 21, 1990, in Berlin, Rick, Levon Helm and Garth Hudson joined Roger Waters for the concert The Wall, commemorating the fall of the Berlin Wall. They performed Mother, along with Sinéad O'Connor.
“It’s not like I got up in the morning and said, ‘Okay, now let’s start a new controversy.’..It just so happens that what I do naturally causes trouble," Sinead O'Connor told Rolling Stone in 1991.
"I’m proud to be a troublemaker.”

Bureaucrats being bad at bureaucracy is an entirely different issue.
Stage of cancer diagnosis in the Irish and English cervical audits were never compared in the media.
A simple task and may have been useful information for Irish public, as most countries benchmark against gold standard NHS Cervical Screening programme.
I'll give it a go 🤷♂️
