For those who need to hear it - the RAF do not patrol Irish skies to protect Irish airspace. We allow them to use our airspace to protect their western flank. A favour we can remove any time we want. They’re the ones with multiple enemies, not Ireland.
Potentially because of recent news, I was invited by @ConversationUK to discuss the other brother - the Dukes of York as 'spares' to the heir... privilege and dutiful service, with a liberal peppering of scandal and twists of fate.

David Trimble would have been 81 today, my 8 year old in Singapore has been asked to research a “famous peace maker” for his homework, and just look who he chose @uuponline
@Saudi_Airlines trying to get credited with missing miles. The app doesn’t process them and I’ve followed up by email with no response, any suggestions?
@MOROCCOinLondon we were planning a trip for next week, sadly the expedited visa system isn’t fit for purpose, if you clearly meet the criteria but still get rejected 100USD lighter.
I don’t know @ColinCrawford2 personally and it’s a real shame things didn’t work out for him, but the @uuponline must take better and strategic decisions with their co-options, cast the net wider and promote talent who can go the distance.
@brianjohnspencr@duncan_morrow This screenshot is something over ten years old you fool, if the “largest mosque in Ireland” never happened we can expect the rest hasn’t transpired either.
Irish and British waters should be for Irish and British to fish alone.
We could be a fishing super powers.
Instead we get exploited. Nice one @duncan_morrow
@brianjohnspencr@duncan_morrow Not sure I’ve given much thought to what your screenshot says the world will be like in 18 years, or what weight to attach to it, but I’ve always been quite comfortable with freedom and choice too.
