@MTNzaService I dont need assistance this is a serious issue that needs to be addressed. As we as South Africans are 2nd largest country when it comes to crime, and yet you guys blocked mtn users to call emergency numbers when they have minutes available.

Why is mtn minutes is not able to call the 10111 emergency number. I had 200+_ minutes and mtn voice note say i have insufficient airtime. I was never aware of this until 6/05/2023 Mtn failed me and will fail many other South Africa citizens in a time of emergency.

@deptoflabour Mitchell's Plain branch service are disfuntional. I first submitted on 1/08/2022 return was given for 12/09/2022 stood whole day in que to be informed my banking details was cuptured incorrect on previous visit. I return on the 13/09/2022 I'm still waiting on first payment.
