The 4-2-2-2 is considered one of the BEST FORMATIONS by PRO PLAYERS in EA FC 24! 🎮

It's a more attacking variant of the 4-4-2, as the wingers are higher up the field and more centred.

Make sure one of the CDM's is balanced, to fill the gap between your midfield and strikers.

🔘 You can mirror the tactic, make sure to mirror every instruction.

🔘 Also tested with fast build up & balanced. Use the one who fits your play style

🚨 Important notes 🚨

⭐️ LB - Flies up and down that left side. You might need a sub if they don’t have relentless.

⭐️ LCM - Your typical box 2 box player.
H/H is a must

⭐️ CM - Your stay back player, good defensive stats is key, good passing is a big plus. Preferably M/H, H/H can work with some players.

⭐️ RCM - This is the spot you put an attacker. Will drift wide so pace and dribbling is key.

⭐️ CAM - Since he will drop down to LM when defending you will get some nice late runs into the box, if you have established yourself on the opponents half he’s the one to unlock the defense.

⭐️ LST - Your poacher, always looking for those runs in behind.

⭐️ RST - This needs to be someone who’s good on the ball. Ping a pass to he’s feet and watch him link up play with the other striker, the CAM and the attacking RCM.
