Runs like this: Citizen sees cheating, citizen calls Sheriff, Sheriff makes initial investigation on the spot immediately, then calls judge and barrister, after consultation with affa davits they see the Governor who picks up the phone to inform the VP. There is no screaming to the media. At the end of the election the level of cheating is seen as minor or major. When the VP is called to address Congress they can choose to ignore the complaints or ignore the vote and call for a new election. In the 2020 it appeared there was sufficient evidence but the evidence was ignored by all courts. That is where the system fell down. The Democrat party had married the judicial system which was no longer able to hand down a decision without prejudice.

The trick is to figure out what options they have left. Assume they have dirt on everybody because they have friends in tech places everywhere and have been listening via your mobile phones. If it was me as the voice of the Supreme Court, or as Chair of the Active Military Committee of Civil Rights I would call for a snap election in New York state and Florida. I would demand that members of the military manage all aspects of the election. Now why would I want to do that?
