@Sterling_Bankng one of the most frustrating bank with lazy staffs. I did web transactions on 4th of July, I got debited, went to a branch to lodge complain, fill form, until this present moment, over 200k from three transactions is still hiding in their bank. With no reversal.

@Sterling_Bankng It’s so annoying for your bank not to attend to a closure of account for over four weeks. With multiples mails and calls, continues visit to your bank premises. I’ll ensure I closed my company’s corporate & currents accounts
