@tbhorka you might want to re-check your numbers. Texas was not #1 in 1985 and it didn't end 15-15. In 1984 it was #1 Texas vs #2 Oklahoma that ended in a 15-15 tie.
@ryan_arnold936 I'm a TexasEx who lives less than 10 miles from the UH campus with a history of going to UH football and basketball games. I've taken my boys to a couple games at TDECU and the only issue we've had is getting in and out of the area. If that were easier we'd probably go more.
@ZeroContextVols@grok Texans are very appreciative of the role the Volunteers of Tennessee played in our independence but I'm not sure the Alamo is the battle you want to use as a gotcha. While we "Remember the Alamo" it is mostly because the Mexican Army slaughtered everyone after a valiant fight.
SHANA TOVA and Happy Rosh Hashanah as we celebrate the start of our New Year 5787. Reflect on your past and ask yourself how you can be kinder and more helpful to make a difference in this year ahead.
@TxBornSooner@JonathanNazari@kwebs86 Is it ok if I see the difference and understand the difference and still not really care for either situation. I'd also add, I don't think Texas or Oklahoma are ready to fight about Huston or Fely, respectively, if the courts changed their minds in the next hour or two. 🤘
@GhostAGDOPE@RivalsHS@BenjaminGolan Summer Creek will likely finish 3rd or 4th this year in their district behind North Shore, Atascocita, and CE King but they are still a very solid team. Shadow Creek may just be really good this year.
@derrico_henrio ...and yet he's still a Texas legend and has no issues with the Texans either. I could give two shits about this uniform pissing match but don't disrespect the GOAT of the Houston Oilers.
